Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with tags attached into the mailer and affix the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location to start the transit process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
